One of the best hotels I've stayed at, located in the middle of historic Sintra. The walk-in shower was terrific and the basic free mini bar was appreciated. Overall I highly recommend this delightful boutique hotel.

This place is fantastic! It's located in the bustling historic center, with everything I wanted to see within walking distance. The view from here is incredible. There's a Palace just across the street! The service is great, from room service to car hire to tours/ticket assistance. The room itself was comfortable and quiet, with amenities like air conditioning, mini-bar, and soundproofed windows. The dining options were also top-notch with a restaurant and bar area. Plus, the staff at the reception were so friendly and helpful!
Just book it. You won't regret it!

The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and multilingual. They went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. Another positive aspect was the convenient location of the hotel. It was right in the heart of town, within walking distance to the main attractions. This made it easy for us to explore and enjoy the sights without any hassle. the breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious and offered a variety of options. It was a great way to start our day and fuel ourselves for all the exploring we did.
The lack of fresh air in the room was a major disappointment. the fact that both windows couldn't be opened made the room feel stuffy and uncomfortable.

Located just across from the royal palace and in the center of town, this hotel offers excellent convenience for exploring the area. The rooms are comfortably appointed, with lovely views of the town and surrounding landscape. The staff is incredibly helpful, offering suggestions and assistance with logistics as needed. The restaurant serves delicious cuisine, and the breakfast is always fresh and filling.

Fantastic location with a short walk to the National Palace and old town shops and cafes. Friendly staff provided excellent service, from parking our car to giving recommendations on where to eat like Incomum. Clean and spacious rooms with a great view of the palace chimneys. The breakfast had a good variety of food and tea types. Appreciated the helpful and cheerful receptionists who even allowed us a later check-out upon request.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in a prime spot, very close to the old town. The hotel facilities were modern, tidy, and well-equipped. Staff were kind and accommodating, providing us with plenty of information about this city's tourist attractions and public transportation. The view of the palace across the street was fantastic, and we enjoyed the substantial breakfast every morning.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
